I joined the P.R.O. Down 2 Challenge because I heard about it from my Mom. I thought it would be a very beneficial program because of the way my Mom was describing it. I learned that consistency is what makes a change and the will to push yourself is all that is going to help you. Some of the ways this challenge changed me, are that I can physically see abs that I’ve never seen before and mentally I am more cautious of not only my diet but how active I decide to be. Yes, I would do another challenge and Yes, I would recommend the Pro Down 2 Challenge to a friend. What I Love about P.R.O. Fitness and Sports Academy are the various workouts that I was introduced to, and all of the equipment that was provided for the workouts 🙂
