I just finished my second P.R.O. Down 2 Challenge! I joined the challenge again just for that reason… to challenge myself. I have learned to put myself and my health first and this challenge holds me accountable to show up every day and give it all I have! Working hard has its benefits, as I just feel better every day. My weight is down, my cravings are under control, my strength has increased, I am more flexible than before, I sleep better and therefore am not tired during the day.
Working either in a group or being the only one in class does not change the motivation and guidance that the P.R.O. Team hands out. Their expertise in body movement and dynamics provides methe opportunity to achieve my best outcome. I encourage anyone interested in taking a healthy step forward to join the P.R.O. Fitness family
today. Can’t wait for the next challenge!
