Do you have to be an athlete to sign up?

Our classes are designed for all fitness levels! You will work with the coach to determine your intensity level and create modifications where needed!

What age do you have to be to train?

We understand that you want to get your children in immediately! We prefer to start children at age 8 and above but are willing to have a conversation with you if you feel they are ready sooner! Reach out today!

How long are classes?

Classes are no longer than 1 hour in length. You will start with a warm up and end with a cool down.
